1. Welcome
Welcome to ChatBomb. ChatBomb is a location-based platform that allows people to connect with others nearby by posting time-limited location-based messages ('ChatBombs'). By creating an account or using ChatBomb you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use ChatBomb.
2. Our Purpose
ChatBomb exists to help people connect locally and encourage positive real-world connections.
3. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for your account security and all activity under your account. Do not impersonate others or share your account.
5. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for your posts, communications and conduct. ChatBomb does not verify user content.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not threaten, harass, bully, scam, impersonate, post unlawful material, distribute spam or malware, or promote violence or discrimination.
7. Community Commitment
I understand that every ChatBomb I post and every interaction I have represents my own choices. I agree to act honestly, respectfully and lawfully. I accept responsibility for my actions and will contribute positively to the ChatBomb community.
8. Location Information
Your location is used only to display nearby ChatBombs. Exact locations are never intentionally displayed to other users.
9. User Generated Content
You retain ownership of your content while granting ChatBomb permission to display and store it for operating the service.
10. Reports and Moderation
ChatBomb may remove content or suspend users who breach these Terms.
11. Blocking Users
Users may block other users at any time.
12. Safety
Meeting another user is always your decision. Meet in public places and exercise common sense.
13. Commercial Use
Business use is permitted under these Terms. Future commercial features may require subscriptions.
14. Intellectual Property
The ChatBomb brand, logo and software remain the property of ChatBomb.
15. Disclaimer
ChatBomb provides a communication platform only and makes no guarantees regarding user behaviour or outcomes.
16. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under Australian law, without excluding rights under Australian Consumer Law.
17. Suspension or Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated where these Terms are breached.
18. Changes
These Terms may change from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
19. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
